How do I reserve a date?

In order to hold an event date for you we require a signed contract and a deposit of $1500-$2000. The amount of the deposit depends on the day of the week you are booking for your event.

Is there a separate fee to use the venue for both the ceremony and reception?

No, the venue is yours to use how you choose during the allotted time stated in our contract.

How many tables and chairs do you provide?

Included in the rental fee is use of our tables and wooden folding chairs. We have 13 five foot diameter round tables, 22 six foot long tables, and 220 wooden chairs. The round tables seat 8 guests and the long tables seat 6 guests. When deciding on a table layout for your guests keep in mind that the DJ may need to use 1 of our tables and the caterer may need to use 2-4 of our tables.

Who is responsible for set up and decorating?

Rearranging the tables and chairs to the layout of your choosing and decorating the space is up to you. This ensures that everything looks just like you envisioned. It is always suggested to have a group of helpers to make set up and decorating run smoothly.

Can we set up yard games?

Absolutely! We have a large grassy space that can be used for yard games. We also have a small uncovered section of our terrace that can accommodate games as well.

Is wifi provided in the venue?

No, we do not offer wifi in the barn.

Do you provide tableclothes?

We have a limited number of white floor length tableclothes available to rent. The rental fee for the tableclothes depends on your guest count. For 2022 events of 150-250 guests the rental fee is $300. Please inquire on rental fee for events with smaller guest counts.

What clean up is required at the end of the night?

You will need to pack up and take your own belongings by the “clear out” time stated in our contract. If you use any decor belonging to the venue it is required that items be cleared from tables/terrace and grouped together in the Northeast corner of the barn.

What do we do with the trash?

We provide 5 trash receptacles with all trash bags you need. There is a dumpster provided as well.
