2024 and 2025 Rental Options

At White Rock Barn we strive to provide everything that you need to create the personalized look you have been dreaming of for your wedding. Friday and/or Saturday event rentals for 2024 and 2025 will include the use of all of our decor items, including arches, furniture, pub tables, centerpieces, and so many other beautiful items. Transparent pricing means there are no hidden or extra fees. Contact us to schedule an appointment to tour the venue and view decor options.

Friday only 9am to 11:30pm $3800

Saturday only 9am to 11:30 pm $4800

Friday and Saturday $5800

Venue Rental includes:

• 2,450 square feet of indoor barn space with original beams and stamped concrete flooring

• 2,250 square feet of covered terrace surrounded by lush landscaping -perfect for ceremonies, extra seating for dinner, and dancing the night away

• Tables and wooden folding chairs for 250 people (Maximum capacity 250)

• Restrooms with handicap accessibility

• Permanent bar with chalkboard sign to create your custom drink menu (beverages not included)

• 4 decorative whiskey barrels, wire spool table perfect for gifts or dessert

• Lantern sconce lighting in the barn and cafe string lighting throughout the entire venue creates a romantic atmosphere

• No restrictions on vendors

• Unlimited one on one planning meetings with venue owners

• Hard surface parking lot

• Large selection of decor items

We give you the ability to choose a single day rental for smaller events or a multi day rental to allow more time for setup and rehearsal. We love working with clients to give you choices to customize your event. If you don’t see what you are looking for just ask and we may be able to accommodate.
